We are a small family-run laboratory based in Macclesfield, Cheshire with over 30 years experience in prosthetics and orthodontics, which concentrates mainly on quality products tailored to suit the needs and requirements of dental professionals. We offer a free local collection and delivery service and a free post service to our dental professional customers. All of our technicians are fully registered with the General Dental Council.
We don't do gimmicks or fancy marketing; we just make great prosthetics and orthodontics - from a simple one tooth partial to a private Vitallium skeletal cobalt chrome with Valplast flexible resin.
Denture repairs and denture cleaning services are now available on the door as a 'while you wait' service!

We are competitive with prices and give our honest opinions based on years of experience rather than trying to sell you something that you don't need or make you a more expensive alternative.

I could just put a load of text and sales speak here but we just don't do that sort of thing . Patients should always come first and in our laboratory always do ! As I mentioned before we are a very competitive laboratory and offer discounts for accounts settled early

We Do NOT Use Pouring Acrylics

There seems to be a big trend at the moment to use pouring self cure acrylics for making dentures . We do not use these types of materials to make new dentures as it is all just basically cold cure acrylic which is used for repairs etc Why make a new job out of this stuff? It is less stable than any of the traditional heat cured materials & full of residual monomer ! It is marketing gone mad just trying to reinvent the wheel .

Our lab does not cut corners and supply inferior rubbish dressed up as something else like many other labs out there
